Holes 3, 4 and 5 at Colonial Country Club are known as the brutally-difficult "Horrible Horseshoe." We were curious what our two everymen, Neil and Randy, would shoot if we made the Horrible Horseshoe into its own 18-hole course.

This year marks Colonial's 73rd consecutive year hosting a PGA Tour event. It's an event that almost disappeared last year, and one that has been saved by the city of Ft. Worth and a new title sponsorship.

We were out at Callaway Golf's Epic Flash launch day in Carlsbad, California, and were able to take advantage by going through the driver fitting process. Randy also got a putting lesson from Michelle Wie:

Norman Xiong is one of the longest hitters in the game today. We challenged him to see how many different clubs he could hit past DJ Pie's driver. With the Trackman setup, he put on an absolute clinic.

This week's BMW Championship is all about benefitting the Platt Evans Scholarship, which donates tuition to deserving caddies attending Penn State University. In that spirit, we wanted to see how the professional caddies at Aronimink handle their day-to-day business.

In Part One, we look at the history of the club and the changes you'll notice in the renovation. Tron and Soly had a chance to visit Callaway headquarters in Carlsbad, California, recently to see how things operate day-to-day. While they were there, the boys were also nice enough to offer some (free!) marketing tips that the Callaway team may not have thought about.
