After allocating our nuggets for the week we're pleased to be joined by the captain of the International team, Trevor Immelman (54:00). Fresh off a victory at the DP World Tour's BMW PGA Championship, Shane Lowry recaps his win at Wentworth, his 2019 Open Championship victory at Royal Portrush - and how his disappointment at the 2016 US Open at Oakmont prepared him for an eventual major championship win. Shane also offers some great insight on the future of European professional golf, his decision to not pursue a LIV contract, and some outstanding stories from his first Ryder Cup experience in 2021.

On the heels of a pro-am round with Tony Finau and JR Smith, Soly recaps his day at the BMW Championship with Tron and DJ before diving into the rumblings after Tiger's meeting with some of the top ranked guys on tour. Then it's back to the courtroom as Patrick Reed sues Brandel Chamblee and the Golf Channel for $750 million. DJ helps us take a gleeful look at the absurdity of the legal filing - as well as P's choice of representation - for some much needed laughs.

Off the course, eleven LIV players - including Phil and Bryson - have filed an antitrust lawsuit against the PGA Tour with three players seeking a temporary restraining order aiming to compete in this week's FedEx Cup Playoffs. We try to make sense of the lawsuit with Lauren Donahue, a Chicago based attorney who specializes in antitrust, competition and trade regulation and then have an extended chat with friend of the pod Will Bardwell who helps contextualize the legal implications and what's ahead in both short and long term scenarios.
