NLU Podcast, Episode 143: Shinnecock Hills with Brendan Porath, Kevin Van Valkenburg, and D.J. Piehowski

We got a chance to participate in the U.S. Open media day at Shinnecock Hills, and we sat down to talk about the experience playing the historic track. We talk about the changes made since the 2004 U.S. Open, the widening and then the narrowing, expanded green complexes, and new tee boxes. We bounce around some ideas on who we think the course fits, the conditioning, and what the walk was like at one of the best golf courses in the world. More video content from Shinnecock will come at a later date. Thanks to BP, KVV, and D.J. for the time!
