It’s the return of the TrapDraw! In this episode Tron and Randy talk with Todd Mitchell, a staple of the Mid-Am ranks. From his early days competing in the Illinois State Amateur to his 2008 Mid-Am runner-up finish, Todd has a wealth of experience across amateur golf, as well as tremendous results. The conversation hits on a variety of topics, including Todd’s early golf career, his playing/practice schedule, the vibe at a Mid-Am and how it differs from a US Amateur, the wider Mid-Am summer circuit, and some of Todd’s favorite places to play in Illinois and beyond. Todd was extremely gracious with his time and offers a unique glimpse into a fascinating area of the game. Enjoy!
