Who: Soly and Tron
What: Playing in the 2018 BMW Charity Pro-Am. Each of us will team up with a Web.com Tour player (we’ll announce partners in the coming weeks), and face off in a best-ball aggregate score battle royale against one another.
Where: Greenville, South Carolina
When: May 17-20, 2018
Why: Tron is out for redemption after last year’s debacle on Golf Channel. Soly is out to embarrass Tron and burnish his already-stout Pro-Am resume. More importantly, we’re trying to raise money for two deserving charities, provide some entertainment, and line you folks up with some delicious prizes.
How: Simply go to the raffle page, place as many bets as you want ($10 apiece, with bulk discounts listed) on either Soly or Tron. Follow along and if your team wins, you’ll be entered into the grand prize raffle. Or, if you’re feeling magnanimous, bet on both.
Supporters of the losing team will be entered into a less-than-grand prize raffle. Winners will be announced on Monday after the tournament and 100% of the proceeds will go to charity.
Charities: Proceeds will be split evenly between the Greenville Health System Children’s Hospital and the Evans Scholars Foundation.
**UPDATE: BMW has pledged to match any/all donations of $50 and higher, up to $10,000 total. Let’s see some heavy hitters!
